The producer

Château Figeac

Château Figeac is a Saint Emilion First Growth. Owned by the Manoncourt family, it has been run since 2013 by Frédéric Faye. Its 40 hectares vineyard produces a remarkably atypical blend, with 35% Cabernet-Sauvignon, 35% Cabernet-Franc and only 30% Merlot. The vines are run with reasoned agriculture and the ageing takes place in 100% new oak barrels, for 18 to 20 months.
