Château Calon Ségur
Château Calon-Ségur is a Third Growth on the appellation Saint Estèphe, owned since 2012 by Suravenir Assurances, a subsidiary of Credit Mutuel. The 55 hectares of vineyard are planted on a graves soil, with a limestone subsoil. The Cabernet Sauvignon is dominant in the style of these powerful wines, and Merlot, Cabernet Franc and Petit Verdot complete the blend.
